Shalena Krumm

Shalena manages our DC office and serves as our Lead Recruiter for Executive Search and Direct Hire. She has conducted many C-Suite level searches for leading organizations in academia, cultural, and social services sectors. With nearly ten years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Shalena is a strong advocate for building sustainable nonprofit organizations.

Shalena served as a member of the executive team for Echoing Green, a global organization at the forefront of social entrepreneurship. She received her BA from Brooklyn College and completed her Master’s Studies at NYU Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Shalena has been recognized for her commitment to the nonprofit sector through numerous fellowships and awards.
