Yael Sharon is a strategic, certified Human Resources leader with 15+ years of experience helping mission-driven organizations recruit and retain exceptional talent.

Yael’s HR journey started in the nonprofit sector, where she discovered a passion for building teams that power meaningful work. As one of the first HR professionals at several organizations, she crafted recruitment strategies, performance systems, and professional development programs from scratch—often single-handedly. Those formative years taught her how to build inclusive, mission-aligned talent practices that honor organizational goals and the people behind them.

Since then, Yael has continued to champion people-centered leadership across roles in recruitment, talent management, and HR program design for organizations of all sizes. She has hired hundreds of employees, created pathways for internal mobility, launched leadership academies, and helped teams engage more deeply with their work. She approaches every challenge with curiosity, empathy, and a belief that the right support can change the trajectory of a professional, an organization, and a community.

Today, Yael brings that same dedicated approach to her work at PNP Staffing Group, supporting nonprofits with identifying and hiring the people required to advance impactful missions.
