Wade Savitt

Executive Recruiter

Wade worked in nonprofit workforce development for 10 years, helping homeless and formerly incarcerated individuals to find careers. For 3 years, he ran his own company as an independent recruiter. In 2018, he combined those interests and came to PNP as an Executive Recruiter managing C-Suite positions.

Wade’s strengths are many, including an in-depth knowledge and passion for the nonprofit sector, a track record of presenting diverse candidates, and an ability to grasp a client’s needs, including culture fit. He is a responsive and committed partner to clients, and a resourceful searcher who believes that ‘the unicorn’ is out there for every position he fills.
