Tajiri (TJ) Smith

A veteran of the staffing industry, Tajiri (TJ) has worked for small, mid-sized, and
publicly traded recruiting firms in a business development and full desk recruiting
capacity. He has also been part of the PNP team in Washington DC as well as New
York, and has many years of experience working with nonprofits.

TJ is an exceptional athlete. He was a football player in college and is an avid
sports fan. He is a strong competitor and uses competition to bring real change
and support to the clients he works with. TJ is happiest when he accomplishes a
win-win for everyone.
