Judith has five years of experience in career services. She previously worked as a Career Advisor for Grant Associates, Inc., Sr. Employment Security Clerk for NYS Dept. of Labor, Division of Employment and Workforce Solutions, and an Employment Training Specialist for Cook County Works. In addition, she has served three times as a Grant Review Panelist for the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration. She holds a Masters in Public Administration from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Media from Alabama State University.
