Ira has built his long and outstanding career serving the nonprofit sector. For close to 20 years at PNP, he has successfully partnered with nonprofit Boards and Executives to lead C-Suite Searches to secure highly qualified leaders for major institutions throughout the sector.

With his many years of proven experience, unique understanding and knowledge of the nonprofit marketplace, and considerable connections to the thought leaders and executives in the sector, Ira’s expertise on every search is invaluable. He maintains long standing and deep client relationships and has worked with hundreds of organizations.

Prior to PNP, Ira had over 20 years of executive level Development experience within the health and hospital arena, as Senior VP for Development at New York Hospital and the Preferred Health Network. With his vital knowledge of the internal workings of a nonprofit, Ira offers exceptional expertise and a clear understanding of the needs of a mission-driven organization.

Ira has a BA from Queens College and an MBA from Hofstra University.
