Shannon is a born connector and has spent the past eight years at top executive search firms in the DC Metro area. Working in a leadership capacity with various non-profit arts and cultural institutions in Washington, DC, she has managed to find the intersection between the worlds of business and the humanities.
In each of her roles, Shannon has had the opportunity to work closely with an organization to advise them on best practices, organizational structure, scalability, talent management and retention. She prides herself on her ability to align talent with mission and to leverage her years of experience in relationship management, business development, market research, and strategic partnerships to help fuel her client’s success.
Shannon graduated from James Madison University with her Bachelor’s degree in English and had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Legon in Ghana. In 2014 she was invited to attend the Kairos Society Global Summit in California for her innovative work in social entrepreneurship. Shannon sees the nonprofit arena as a powerful tool to make the world a better place and is looking forward to growing and deepening PNP’s impact in the DC area and across the county.
