Prior to his work in staffing, Juan built his experience in nonprofit volunteer coordination, community outreach, and communications at a food insecurity organization serving communities across the Bronx and New York City. In this role, he coordinated volunteers, managed high volume engagement, and matched individuals to roles where they could make the greatest impact, experiences that now directly inform his ability to recruit and place talent effectively.
